Missing ducks

All 6 of my ducks went missing today. I went out to try and find them because it was getting late and they don't usually wander far and I could not find any of them. Is it possible a predator got them all? I have had them for almost 2 years and have had zero predator issues. There was no trace anywhere of them

Are you In a neighborhood?out in the country? Body of water close by? What breed? Any sign of them?

In a neighborhood. They are Welsh harlequin ducks. There is a stream that runs the length of my property which is where they usually are, but I checked the length of it more than once. They've been gone all night now. Is it possible they got lost somehow?

If your stream flows pretty strong it’s possible they may have floated down too far to get back. Where does it empty?

It's mostly just seasonal for snow run off. It has been raining though. It flows across the street into the woods. There it just kind of collects into little swamps

Anyone around who has complained about them? Have you checked with your neighbors as to if anyone has seen them? Always a possibility if predators foxes coyote will snatch an run but 6 ducks that would take more than one lone predator .

Predators can be feeding young this time of year. Sorry hope you find them just maybe in someone else yard.

I just went and checked across the street and all 6 of them were there casually swimming in what is not normally a pond but is right now. I can't believe it. What a bunch of jerks!!
