Missing feathers already?

I’ve read about feather plucking in small spaces, but not this early. We’ve had these for about 3 weeks. This one has a bare spot on both sides of neck when she turns her head. She’s a black sexlink. Any thoughts?

Looks like just some normal feather growth to me. Had the same with mine, but it filled in within a week or two.
