Missing Feathers...is there an issue here? (Photos included)

Hi! This has been the same for about 1 month. This is my 10.5 week old

Australorp and her neck (right above where her neck meets her body) has a bare spot with feathers that look like they are coming in but bare underneath.
Hard to get a good photo, but see if this helps.
Is she okay? She and my Buff Brahma have this...the BB has it on her back where her tail starts and under her wings.
The others do not have this.
No signs of lice or mites that I can see after several examinations.
 
Thank you! She is 10.5 weeks old and it’s been just like this for a month now. The Buff Brahma has it in more places.
I was thinking juvenile molt but not sure.

A few of mine are growing in their feathers after their juvenile moult really slowly. I upped their feed to a 24% protein mix after I saw them fighting over a shed feather and saw massive feather improvement in most of the flock. The slow moulters are still slow sadly. I wouldn't worry.
 
Just wait, in about two to three weeks you will start to find molting feathers everywhere!! We are going through this now, its all natural.
