Missing feathers

Have you looked her over for lice and mites?
Do you see her picking at herself?
Got a rooster?

Someone is picking her feathers along the neck. But the wing feathers being stripped, she's either being mounted or picking at those herself, imho. If she's picking at herself, then treat her with Permethrin dust in 7 day intervals. Those wing feather won't be replaced until she molts.

She isn't being picked on from what I can see and I haven't seen her pulling them out. She is high on the pecking order. I do have roosters but I have a well balanced roo hen ratio. The missing feathers look the same on both sides of her. No signs of mites, skin is intact, vent clean, acting normal.

A hen can't pluck out feathers her own feathers on the side of her neck like that. Doesn't matter how high ranking they are, their neighbor can surely pluck them while roosting.

I keep pairs (1:1) and the hen has minimal damage over a season. I also keep a rooster with a flock of hens and a couple have real feather damage...so while it's nice to have a "well balanced ratio" there's no perfect number. Some roosters are rougher than others.
The feathers are stripped though, it's possible that could be from rooster damage. What does her back look like?

I have about 35 hens and 2 roos. Her back feathers are perfect. Here is the photos. Both sides of her look identical.

The wings are probably from rooster damage. Does he have long spurs or nails that are getting caught in her feathers?
The neck feathers are being plucked.

She'll regrow the wing feathers and probably the neck feathers (though they may get replucked) when she molts.

They both don't have spurs or nails to speak of. One is still young and the other one got into a fight with another roo earlier this spring lost them.

I am just wondering why this specific one is so damaged all my other girls look great.

I'd relook her over for lice/mites and observe to see if she's pulling at her wing feathers a lot. Also observe interactions with others especially during roosting, her neighbor roosting friend is likely plucking at her.
