Missing Feathers

One of my hens hasn't gotten her feathers back.
She was molding later than all the other hens she was molding in December while the other was in November.
All her other feathers look fine its only on her behind.
The other have pecked on her behind little and that might have caused it.
I have attached a picture of it.
I was wondering If I should do something.

She has been feather pecked/plucked by her flock mates. They are very likely removing pin feathers as they develop.

If it escalates and they start injuring her, it may be necessary to separate her or apply Pin Less Peepers do the birds doing the pecking.
