MISSING FEATHERS

My ladies are about 1 year old and some of them are missing feathers,and have been for some time.Can anyone tell me if this is normal?





the barred are the 1 year olds, not sure about the black chickens, Rescued them from a neighbor

Not positive on this but I would say your Roo is the culprit. He is probably doing this while taking care of his business with them. Try separating the ones missing feathers from the Roo for a couple of weeks.
