Fox are sly...so are chickens sometimes.

Thats why I'm hoping the chickens were sly enough to stay safe. I'll keep a watch until they return or time expires.

Predators(fox) are much more sly than prey(chickens)...
...unless the chickens are trying to get out of their enclosure.

Welll, for the missing pullet I'll wait to see if she went broody somewhere, quite a few potential spots nearby but not on my land. As for the cockerel, not sure. He is a bit skittish and we had some weather roll through yesterday so hoping he found a place to hide and eventually comes out. Just have to wait and see.
