It depends if the turkeys are male or female. Males in other species are aggressive toward chickens. I do not recommend putting chickens on the roost at night unless you plan on being there in the morning to make sure no one is being hurt.

Yes, I agree. We've only added new hens twice now and we were super paranoid on the first couple nights, getting up early and check in and make sure no one's getting aggressively bullied.
