Mites egg clumps

What’s the best way to remove mite egg clumps near chickens vent? She’s has several dirt baths and permethrin dustings but now I’ve noticed clumps (with a few mites crawling around them still) and I’m assuming they’re mite eggs.

Nits are very hard to remove, although with care and a little warm soapy water, they can sometimes be broken off with the fingernails bit-by-bit. If there are a lots of nits, it is often easier to wait for them to hatch and kill the lice by using a powder approved for dusting on hens or by using drops of Ivermectin on the back of the neck under the guidance of a Vet which is detailed below under ‘Treating Lice’.
 
I agree and as far as I'm concerned Permethrin works as well as Elector PSP. I have used both and the fact sheets for both suggest multiple applications for a severe infestation. In addition, Elector PSP is way more expensive. I used a fine toothed comb and combed the pests eggs out of the feathers on my birds. Good luck...
