I discovered white mites on my chickens. A friend suggestion using Seven dust on the chickens and throughout their building. I have some hens setting on eggs. I was going to move them once the babies hatched to help keep the babies from getting pecked. My eggs should start hatching around Easter. Should I just wait until I've moved the babies and moms and treat the rest of the chickens and building at that time (then treat the moms and babies later) or would it hurt to treat everyone now? Don't want to mess up the hatching eggs. Also, I am reading conflicting reports from different people on the forum re. Seven. A friend said it's okay to use, but be careful around the hatching eggs. I picked up the 5% Seven. Anyone know for sure if this is okay? I appreciate any input ya'll have to offer.
