Mites? Help please.

Can anyone confirm, by my picture, we have mites?

The dark spots may be something other than scaly leg mites, but the top of the foot looks fairly typical. Slather with Vaseline or even Vaseline mixed with Ivermectin.

I have never, so far, had any scaly leg mites on my birds but my neighbor's birds did. I did pour on some ivermectin and put Vaseline on their legs. I worked it under the scales. I did it once but advised he to do it weekly for awhile. Not sure if she did. I have had mites on the birds. I treated the birds and thoroughly sprayed their coops weekly for awhile with the permethrin spray.
