I found what appears to be little bugs crawling around my incubator all over my hatching eggs. I have other eggs in there not due for a couple more days. Is there anything I can do or should I wait till they have all hatched. I don't want them to harm my little unborns or the newly hatched ones.

I would pull the eggs out and clean/disinfect the incubator. Momma hen can easily be off the eggs a good half hour without any issues. It shouldn't take you longer than that to clean the incubator.
