Mites or lice.

I was out giving my girls greens from the garden and I had one being a bully. I have a thing I do. Pulled her out and did my routine. Noticed she had tiny little bugs crawling on her face into her feathers. Tiny. I went back in and noticed lots of scratching and watched a hen eat something off of another’s back. I have 3 hens with missing feathers. I keep it clean. How do I figure out if it is live or mites? Do I disinfect the entire coop and what do I use? What do I use for them?
