Mix medicated and non ?

just a quick question ,My chicks are now almost 2 weeks old and had to get another bag of starter already, I have been feeding non med. and my wife came home with a new bag of medicated starter today. Will any thing bad come form mixing my remaining non med with the new bag of medicated feed?
