I have 1 EE rooster from McMurray--got him last year with my 30 hens---he slid in by mistake I guess. Anyway, I hatched several of his offspring with my other chickens-- RIRs, Buff Orpingtons, Minorcas, salmon Favoralles, white leghorns, cuckoos, Dominique. Will this new batch of chicks possibly lay blue/ green tinted eggs? They are only 10-12 weeks old, but I'm excited to see what they grow to look like and what their eggs look like as well. I'll try to get pics up once I figure out how, lol.

First..............Hello and

from just down the road in Mabelvale.

There is a possibility of them laying green or blue-green eggs, however probably not all. When mixed with others the is a chance of brown and white eggs from the different breeds you have mixed in there. Look for the pullets with peacombs, that should give you a better chance of the green and blue-green eggs.
