Is it possible to hatch eggs of many different stages?
She's got 18 eggs under her but they've been laid at lots of different days.
I have an incubator but I don't know how it works or if it's possible with such a varying timeline

If they are all different ages, they will need to go into lockdown at all different times, and hatch at all different times. That means that a couple days after the first chick hatches, the hen will get up and leave any unhatched eggs cold to take her baby around and show it how to eat.
Split the eggs into two groups, ones due to hatch around a certain date in one group and the others around a certain date in the other group. Leave the oldest group in with the hen, and put the newer ones in the incubator. If the eggs are really staggered, you will likely lose chicks. What are the ages?
