I have raised chickens when I was little and showed them in 4H. I got 4 4 day old chicks today and its been about 7 years since I have had chickens. I wanted to know if its okay to mix them with ones that are a week or two older.
Thanks

Yes. I mix chicks all the time, all the way up to 3.5 weeks difference in ages. That is about the furthest age difference, though. Be aware that the younger chicks will be bowled over by the older ones, for a time, because they're not as fast or agile, but they'll be okay.

I agree W/ gryeyes. I just joined 4 wk olds w/ 2 wk olds. I put them in the bigger brooder 'cause they needed to stretch their wings.

Yes, it is perfectly okay to mix them together. I have five 7 week olds in with fifteen 4 week olds, and a 1 week old in with day or two olds.
