Mixing chicks of different ages

We have 7 chicks that are 5 weeks old and 6 chicks that are 2 weeks old. Up through this point they have been kept in different brooder due to brooder size. However, we just finished the coop today and I was planning to just put them all together in the coop. We will have brooder plates at different heights for each age group so I am not too worried about them staying warm enough over night. I am wondering if the 5 week old chicks will pick on the 2 week old chicks? If so any recommendations on when to integrate them?

When I mixed my flock (layers, chicks and meat bird chicks), I made a cage where the chicks could fit through the fencing but not the bigger ones. That way they could escape and have a sire supply of feed and water. Not fancy but they all made it!
