mixing hen and chicks with other hen and chicks

Hi to everyone looking at this, my question is this, i have 2 hens which have just hatched chicks and one was in a small box with a small run and the other in a large hut and run big enough for 12 birds at least , when could i put the hen and 3 chicks in with the other one so they have more room and then i will put them with my other 15 hens when they are bigger.
