I have a broody and would like to take advantage of her services. I have one rooster, a Lavender Orpington and I have eggs from my black sex link bantam that are always fertile. Can I hatch these? I only plan to add to my own flock with these, not to sell or give away. Currently the eggs are on day 3 of incubation. Just curious if I should remove them or let them hatch!

Why not? You can sell any bird too, I don't see how that matters. If the Orpington is a bantam too then all bantams if large fowl then they will range in size from bantam up.

Thanks.. He's a LF orp. Very big boy. The bantam hen isn't tiny, she's probably a largish bantam. She just lays little eggs.

Hmmm...never heard of a sexlink bantam...but I guess it's possible.
