I have two 4 month old pullets that I would like to integrate into my pens with my 6 month old roosters. The roosters are extremely friendly to me, but are rough with the two hens every time I try to get them used to each other. Any suggestions on how to go about it so nobody gets hurt? The breeds are FBCM and amerecauna.

I would wait until the pullets are POL, meaning start to lay eggs and only keep one male.

Roosters mature way earlier than hens and they will chase, abuse and maybe even injure the pullets.

How many cockerels do you have for your pullets?
How many hens do you have in total?

Ok, that makes sense. And I intend to have them as two breeding pairs in the future, so I was introducing only 1 hen to one rooster ect...

This will not work.
The cockerel/rooster will be constantly chasing after the single pullet/hen, mating her incessantly. She will not be able to escape his attentions and be unable to eat, preen, dustbath etc.

I know of people/breeders that tried keeping breeding pairs and ended with dead hens.

A young cockerel/rooster of the breeds you have, will need at least 6-10 pullets/hens to meet their mating vigour.

You can add hens of any other breed, but standard size, that lay eggs of a different colour, so you will be able to tell them apart.
