Mixing small amounts of grogel???

I got a packet of grogel supposedly enough for 400 quail chicks... How do you mix only a little bit of it? Like for 10 quail??? If someone could give me measurements, do not need to be exact, approximate is fine.. I would just like to be able to make enough for 2, 4, 10, or 24 quail chicks and would not want to waste the entire packet... Any help would be appreciated! ^_^

I have never used it. Could you divide it by weight and go by that ?

Its like a super tiny amount of powder... I would have to get a gram scale to measure it v.v

I do have postal scale that measures in oz and grams.
