Mobile Coop

In the May 2013 issue of National Geographic, pp 106-107, there is a photo of a coop built on what looks like a hay wagon in the style of the hoop coop. The farm which uses these coops is in Pennsylvania. No other information is provided. We would like to adapt our hoop coop to this configuration. Does any one have the floor plan for this coop? Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
