I'm a newbie and this is my first hatch in the incubator. On day 18 I increased my humidity and some of my eggs have developed a mold growth on them. These were farm eggs and some were dirty....beggars can't be choosers LOL anyways... Will this mold be harmful to my hatch?! What do I do?! It's now day 21 and they're on lock down.

Hi :welcome

At 21 days I would leave them for now and see what happens. Hopefully the bloom on the eggs will have kept any of the bacteria entering the egg. I would keep an eye on your hatched chicks for mushy chick disease once they have hatched. I'm afraid once they are out of the egg they will climb and clamber over the shells and any unhatched eggs. This is the ideal time for any bacteria to enter the chick via the umbilical area.
Here is an article on mushy chick for you to check out just incase but I'm hoping you won't need to ~ https://www.backyardchickens.com/a/mushy-chick-disease-yolk-sack-infection-omphalitis

Wishing you the very best of luck with your hatch :fl

Thank you for the feedback. Unfortunately, I ended up tossing the whole batch in fear of the mold infecting the batch that was hatching. Luckily my intuition was correct. All the babies in the moldy eggs were dead and the only live one was totally deformed. I have learned my lesson and even if I am begging, I will be choosey.
