MOLES ugh

Does anyone have a problem with moles? I don't want to use anything that would poison the chickens, but I am worried about those supersonic underground deterrent machines. Does anyone know, do these also affect the chickens? Can they hear or feel these sonic blasts if they are underground?

When I refer to poisonous items, I'm referring to the earthworm mimicking poisonous traps. I don't want those near my ladies!

As far as I know, moles are harmless little creatures and beneficial since they eat grubs. Grubs do destroy lawns if in excess amounts. Moles do a slight damage to lawns, but it is only physical tunnels that are easily leveled.
I doubt the sonic waves would be harmful to your chickens. Try and experiment if your chickens act any differently when turned on and when off.
The sonic waves only drive the moles away,,,, not harm them. That is my understanding.
