molting and rooster damage

this is little Red she is part of a rescued Easter eggers flock. I was wondering if this damage will rectify itself once the molt is over or should I remove her from the flock /rooster. Eating well, no mites or lice. The top of her wings are raw.

I would seperate the rooster until she's in better shape, no need to remove her unless other hens are harassing her. And yes,the damage will heal and the feathers will come back.
