Molting duck?

Hello. I was told that my duck was molting but I wanted to post pictures of her to see if this looks normal? Is it normal for her to loose this much feathers? (She is wet after a swim) The last pic Is when she’s dry but I saw a bald spot coming in.

Hmm, that one is hard to tell from the pictures. Do you see new feathers growing in? I can't really see any growing in on its wings, but it may just be the photos. This time of year is a bit late for a duck to be molting, but it can happen. Mine have looked that scraggly. Overall, it looks pretty normal for molting.

If it were mites or something like that, you should be able to easily see them against the white feathers.
