Molting hen with watery poops

Our 3 year old Barred Rock is currently molting. She also has had water poops pretty consistently for the last few weeks. Picture of one below from today. She has been acting fairly normal for a molting hen...she is a little more lethargic (more standing around closing her eyes) but her appetite is still pretty normal. She also laid a few eggs over the last couple of weeks.

Do molting hens tend to get more diarrhea? I've had chickens for three years now and don't really recall seeing them have more watery poops when molting.

Her primary source of food is New Country organic layer feed. They also get mealworms (as a treat), sunflower seeds and yogurt, swiss chard, lettuce, corn (but not on a daily basis).

I'd say it's just her feeling like she's been run over
