Molting?? Loosing feathers but still laying

Sorry but with that picture I can really see the molt very well. But yes some hens will lay during the molt but it is rare. Instead of molting she could have parasites (mites or lice).

none of the other birds seem to be loosing any feathers...could it only be affecting one bird? (if it was not molt)

Are her feathers being pulled out??? Do you see any pin feathers??
