molting question

do all chickens stop laying when they molt? B/c I have three hens who are the same age. 2 I'm pretty sure are molting b/c theyre looking kind of crappy and they have stopped laying eggs. My other one, although she looks like she's molting (she's missing a lot of tail feathers and her wings feathers are rough and not nice looking anymore) she still lays every day. So I guess my question is- is she molting too, and if not, does anyone know why if the other two are? Like I said, theyre the exact same age.

my girls stop layin when they molt. they gat pretty scraggly looking while molting. when they are done they resume laying.

Yes most hens will completely stop laying when they molt. Some will even stop for months after the molting process. All depends on the hen. nothing to worry about.
