Molting rouen drake

My rouen mallard has looked like this for a year. All brown like a female. He just had an eclipse molt which is why his wings look the way they do. I feed him All Flock by Naturewise and he gets cat food here and there. His sex life is very healthy and he acts normal. Where did his green head go? And no it didn’t come back this spring. He’s been like this for a solid year.
