Molting, sick chicken or rooster mounting?

Hello chicken friends! I would like to know if you guys could help me figure out if my chickens are sick or just molting or if the rooster is causing what I see from mounting them? Both chickens are eating and drinking. The Rhode Island red does get bullied sometimes. They’ve been like this for about two months now and the other chickens seem fine.
*When I picked up the RIR to check her she squirmed and some stuff came out of her vent. It’s was kinda liquidy and clear but not much.

Looks like rooster damage to me.

That’s what I was thinking too but he doesn’t have his spurs yet they’re still growing but not sharp
