Molting teen chickens

I have 6 hens age 10 weeks. It seems some are losing feathers, could they be molting this young? We feed them organic starter food, some scratch and grits.

Any comments?

Chicks go through two full molts before they reach adult plumage. They simply outgrow their feathers so they have to replace them.
