Our 16 month old RIR's seem to be slowing down on egg laying and are shedding feathers. Probably getting ready to go into their first hard molt.

How long will the molt take before they start laying regularly again
Could take as long as four months they might now start laying again till spring. And some times they start earlier depends on each hen.
