my chickens are loosing neck feathers is this bad?or natural ? theres a rooster and a hen

Is it both or just the hen? If its just the hen then it's because the rooster is pulling or hanging on to the neck feathers when he's mounting her. If its both them they could be molting, but check to make sure nothing is irritating them like mites.
