I second the flock raiser. My bunch won't eat feather fixer, I don't blame them it stinks like unwashed butt. The only one who would eat it was the rooster and it made his poops into atomic stink bombs. So at least in my case it was wasted money.

If I remember correctly Feather Fixer had 20% protein.

18% and 3-4% calcium.

Should I offer oyster shell seperately for the girls that are still laying? I've never feed them a low calcium feed, nor used oyster shells.

Yeppers, absolutely.
This is what I use for oyster shell and eggs shell or a mix of both.
32oz jar ziptied to coop wall.

I've used a 18% Layers Feed during molt last year, (Naturewise Hearty Hen) My Golden Comets never stopped laying, just slowed down.
The year before that I fed Feather Fixer and my Pullets loved it. They weren't molting, I just wanted a 18% feed with a sufficient amount of Calcium for Layers. GC

I never change feed as I give them 20% grower in a dry feeder and mornings they get 16% layer in wet form in the trough. They are just starting to molt as we have feathers laying in the run and coop. Yesterday one of my buffs was taking a dirt bath and when she got up and shook of it looked like someone opened up a feather pillow, feathers flew everywhere

Definitely offer oyster shell in a separate container.
When birds aren't building egg shells, there's no need for them to have a feed that contains 4% calcium
I have a building full of 2017 hatchlings that all ceased laying almost 3 weeks ago.
Luckily most of my old hens are still laying. I'd hate to buy grocery store eggs.
