Well grey peacock, temminick, swinhoe all came off their nest with 100% hatching. Now waiting on lewis silver and amherst to follow.I have 4 grey peacock chicks,6 temminicks,1 swinhoe. After losing 2 swinhoes I decided to take all chicks except the grey peacocks and brood them inside. And I may decide to take them in also.I can't stand waiting all year for chicks and then they disappear with no trace.

AWESOME TONY!!!! I have Mandarins hatching in the cabinet bator and a mandarin hen brooding a single duckling right now. Debating on whether or not I want to try and introduce the ducklings I'm hatching back to mom or brood myself....Got lav turk poults in the brooder along with silver and snowflake bobwhite so I think I might just put them in with them.
Good luck with your chicks!
Well that's the end of the 100% hatch from the birds. The lewis silver came off with 5 from 5 eggs, but the amherst hatched 1 of 9 eggs.At least I got some of the more exotics hatched.

Take them out and brood them seperate from your chickens.Hurry up they may be gone already.Watch out for the hen,she may be a little touchy about you touching her babies. If you don't pull them they will disappear.
