Moment of truth- Bantam or not?

I bought this Cochin pullet at a show last week. She was labeled "Bantam Cochin Pullet", but she looks too big to be a bantam... but could she be? Here she is next to a Gatorade bottle.

I think the heavy feathered breeds like cochins always look a little bigger than some other bantam breeds so I think she could be bantam. Wonder what the standard says? I howwever have limited experience.

She looks in-between, lol. My bantams are a little bit bigger than a gatorade bottle, my standars are MUCH bigger - like the size of a beach ball. Don't know if that helps at all

Cochin bantams are one of the larger breeds. Just as it is when you get standard cochins. They get bigger than others. So yes i would say she is a bantam. She is very beautiful by the way!

I don't know how to tell whether or not it's a bantam but after seeing the pic, I wanted to tell you THAT is a BEAUTIFUL girl!
