Momma abandoned hatching egg

The egg has a small whole- I can see baby's beak. He's chirping... I have him under a heat lamp/ how long before he comes out of the egg? I tried putting him back under momma and she moved...

Yay! Were there other eggs that hatched? If so, you could probably slip this baby back in under mama...

Momma hatched 7 other eggs so as soon as this baby hatched- I put her back under momma and baby seems to be doing fine!
