Momma hen with two 3 days old chicks started sneezing.

My sweet broody silkie has started sneezing today. She just hatched a couple chicks and today I noticed clear discharge and some crusties around her ears. I'm very worried. My question is can I give the hen duramycin in her water with the chicks?? Are they too young?

You could put some medication on wet bread and feed it to her a couple time a day instead of putting it in the water.

Duramycin tastes pretty bad even diluted in water--many addfruit juice to flavor it . Tylan 50 injectable could be given to her orally 1/4 ml once or twice daily for 5 days.
