Momma Hens Laying Again?

I have two hens with chicks that are almost 5 weeks old. Both hens just started laying. Should I put the hens back with the flock? Keep the chicks in the brooding pen? Last batch of chick the momma hen stayed with them for 10 weeks and free ranged with her and the flock at 8 weeks. These mom's seem ready to move on.

Put em all back together and let nature take its course. IMHO.

I agree. At 5 weeks the chicks are old enough to go back in with the adults. Let the hens do what they are ready to do.
