All these are supposed to be purebred rare and/or unusual breeds. Could the first be a Cuckoo Maran? The second one a Silver Phoenix? What are the black ones???? And the last is supposed to be a Crevecour, but no beard??? Thanks.






Found my batteries, so I got some more pics up. I am still baffled by the black ones. Could the first one be a Cuckoo Marens? Third a Silver Phoenix?

The first one looks like a Game bird, and the second one could be a game or Phoenix, can't really tell. The third one could be another Game mix, and the last one is probably a Polish.

The black one with white ears could be a Black Minorca.

Did they come in a hatchery mix?

I can tell you that the one you think is a phoenix.. IS one. I have 8 of them... soo yes I can tell you that you guessed right. Good looking pullet btw. The black top hat one looks like a crevecoeur (I have one too.. they are very cool!) or it could be a pure black polish... but it looks too much like my own crevecoeur and not like my polish... so.... *shrugs* wait and see

that second one looks just like 3 of my EE's i hatched this year.... i wonder where they got the coloring cause my roo looked like an icelandic mix and my hen was chipmunk colored....
