mosquitos

ughh it rains here in southwest florida all the time so weve got tons of standing water and all my chickens have got fowl pox right now and ive heard that is carried by mosquitos, well when i went to lock them up tonight i noticed that there is a horrible number of mosquitos in the coup. is there anything i can do to get rid of them?

Let them out in the morning, fog the coop and put up screen so the skeeters can't get in in such large numbers. You might think about putting strips of fabric over the pop door so chickens can get in and out and few skeeters and get in.
