Most crucial time?

What would you say is the most "crucial time" during hatching? The first week or so looking for those veins? Waiting for movement? Or hatching? Trying not to get my hopes up but on day 19 and just candled last night and saw tons of movement in 2 of my 3 duck eggs.

That's a great sign! For me, the whole period of incubation is crucial. I don't obsess, but I do keep an eye on the conditions as I go along.
