Most Profitable Way to Raise Ducks

I am considering raising some ducks. We were given two as a gift and have enjoyed having them around. I am wondering what is more profitable raising ducks for meat, eggs or too sell as ducklings? I live in Kentucky and would also know if anyone has any ideas where I should start looking for places to sell the meat/eggs/ducklings depending on the direction we decide to take. Thanks!
