i ordered some mottled houdans from Cackle hatchery and now they are a month old. (i also have one i was able to hatch that looks nothing like i expected for a houdan-fully black and has stayed that way.)
i am just curious if anyone might be able to tell me if there is a way to sex them by the formation of their crests like the polish. i have 6 that i kept, 1 looks to be the runt and doesn't have much of a crest showing, 2 look like they are filling out like females, and the other 3 have mohawks that look slightly spiky.
if anyone has pics could you please post so i can compare what i have? thanks!
