Moulting grumpy quails

So it seems its moulting time for bobwhites and calis. Seems to have brought grumpy behaviour too? That normal? They aren't massively fighting, just grumpy pecks to all the others!

That makes sense. They're itchy and uncomfortable. That makes just about everything I know grumpy, including me. My coturnix get grumpy when they're moulting too.
