Moulting Pullets?

My pullets, about 3 1/2 months old, are losing feathers. They are Bard Rock and Rhode Island Reds. Not tons of feathers, but quite a few. All else seems okay. Is this normal?

The birds look okay, maybe a little sparsely feathered.
