Mounting stance?

The chicks are almost 12 weeks old. Is this a mounting stance or are they just cold? I’m hoping I don’t have a roo.

Pullets don't mount roosters, usually, and at 12 weeks old the hormones have barely started to flow. They're just huddling. And yes, it does look like you have a roo perhaps - but he's on the bottom in your pic.
