Moveable Play Area?

I finished the walk-in coop and attached run 2 months ago. I have 6 silkies and the run is 7x12 so they have plenty of area. I'd like to let them out to forage more by the woods area behind the coop, but we have hawk's nest nearby so it's a no go.

I am brainstorming ideas of a collapsable covered fence area I could put out there for them to use during the day and move it around our property. This is such a creative group and checking in regarding idea or pics?

Some folks create wire tunnels giving access to such a play area that allow birds access back to the coop and main pen if a predator harasses them.

Have you looked through the chicken tractor pages?

Also, a hoop coop might work well too.

Okay great thoughts didn’t think about a chicken tractor. The hoop thing also sounds cool...thinking of ways to attach to run
